Hey and welcome to the revamped Bad-Dreams.com. What causes ? Do you have stress in your life, and don’t talk to family or friends about it? Do you have any hobbies like yoga, painting, or swimming to clam you? What has been going on in your life since the began? Have you been taking any new medications? Has there been any huge stressful changes in your life such as a death in the family?

Do you take drugs or alcohol at night? Nightmares are made from that stuff! Here are three pointers to stop : 1) exercise regularly because it helps maintain your and sleep patterns; 2)
Shut off the light at the same time each night and setting your alarm for the same time each morning; 3) Don’t use your bed as a setting for doing homework, eating, watching TV, or reading.
