Posted on April 4, 2010

Does jet lag bring about bad dreams? Did you know that jet lag can be described as sleep problem? Jet lag usually affects global airplane flights and if it’s domestic if they’re going between time zones. This is what you dub knocking the body clock from synch since when you’re traveling across different time zones particularly at the international level since that will throw you off an entire day if you’re coming from the west going east which can throw you off since you cross the international date line which is one day ahead and behind.

If you have ever traveled through time zones, it is very likely you have experienced jet lags, and may have had weird dreams, bad ache, neck ache, and stomach pain. Studies show that women are affected by jet lag more than men, and it may be related to their monthly menstrual periods as well.
